I once dated this sweet yoruba boy he was everything one could ever ask for.
He was very generous with me and gave me everything I needed.
3 months into the relationship I found out he was building a small house for his mom ,I got angry coz I didn't have one myself.
So I had to cry and tell him I needed the house for myself ,he loved his mom coz she was the only thing he had since he lost his dad just the 2 of them.
But he loved me more and hated seeing me sad. So he gave the house to me instead and worked on it to my taste . He even gave me the car he bought for her which I told him I wanted else I'll break up with him.
His mom after finding out was devastated when

@datiCEguy Okay I get that the movie is good but imagine if situations were reversed
People would bomb the movie for trying to make the guy who assaults his wife into a good guy

Companies spent $842 BILLION on user research last year
That's $842,000,000,000
And you can't grab even $18,000 of it?
Pure skill issue
Let me math this out for your smooth brain:
$842B in research budgets
Desperate to understand users
Can't find qualified participants
Paying $150-500/hour
You need: internet connection + 30 mins/day
That's it
But you can't even do that?
Here's where this $842 BILLION actually goes:
TECH COMPANIES: $340 billion/year
- Google, Meta, Microsoft, Amazon
- Testing every product feature
- Need regular people's feedback
- Will pay YOU $200-500 per session
My fraternity brother made $16K last year
Just from Google studies
He's not special
He just APPLIED
CONSUMER BRANDS: $180 billion/year
- Procter & Gamble, Unilever, Nike
- Testing products before launch
- $150-400 per focus group
- They're begging for participants
My cousin made $1,400 in December alone
Nike paid him $800 for 2 hours
Unilever paid him $600 for 90 mins
He's a regular dude from North Carolina
FINANCIAL SERVICES: $95 billion/year
- Banks, insurance, fintech
- Testing apps and services
- $200-600 per session
- Prefer everyday users (not finance experts)
You DON'T need expertise
You need to SHOW UP
HEALTHCARE/PHARMA: $110 billion/year
- Testing medical apps
- User experience studies
- $300-1,000 per session
- Looking for regular patients
My little sister made $800/month in HIGH SCHOOL
From healthcare app testing
She's 17
If she can do it, what's your excuse?
AUTOMOTIVE: $45 billion/year
- Testing car interfaces
- Infotainment systems
- $250-500 per study
Someone got paid $500 yesterday
To sit in a car and press buttons
While you were scrolling TikTok for free
Here's where the money ACTUALLY flows:
RESEARCH BUDGETS GET SPENT 4X:
Company → Research firm → Recruitment platform → YOU
$842B ÷ 4 distribution layers = still BILLIONS reaching participants
And you're catching $0 of it?
The money is literally SCREAMING to be claimed:
UserTesting: $500M/year paid to testers
Respondent: $300M/year paid to participants
User Interviews: $200M/year paid to users
These platforms are DESPERATE
They have companies willing to pay
They can't find enough people
You just need to sign up
But you're "too busy"?
Here's the EXACT plays working RIGHT NOW:
THE UX GOLD MINE:
Companies testing new features daily
Need 50-100 testers per study
Can only find 20-30
Pay premium to fill spots
$200-500 per session
30-45 minutes of your time
THE FOCUS GROUP GRAB:
Consumer brands launching products
Need demographic testing
$150-400 per 1-2 hour session
Free products included
Stack 3-4 per month = $1,200+
THE BETA TESTER ARBITRAGE:
Tech companies launching apps
Need users before public release
$300-800 per testing period
Get paid to use unreleased products
First access to new tech
THE MEDICAL APP GOLDMINE:
Healthcare apps testing features
Need patients/users
$500-1,000 per study
Higher pay because healthcare budgets
HIPAA compliance = fewer participants = more money for you
THE AUTOMOTIVE INTERFACE PLAY:
Car companies testing dashboards
Need regular drivers
$250-500 per session
Sit in a stationary car
Press buttons
Get paid
But here's what REALLY pisses me off:
International students who barely speak English
Grabbing $1,500/month from these studies
While you, born here, native English speaker
Can't figure out how to apply?
My roommate from India at UNC made $1,200/month
Sent it back home (3x value in rupees)
Built his family a house in 2 years
From surveys
Meanwhile Americans with perfect English
"It doesn't work"
"It's a scam"
"Not worth my time"
THE MONEY IS LITERALLY EVERYWHERE:
Yesterday:
- Someone got paid $400 for a Zoom call about banking apps
- Someone got paid $600 testing a new fitness app
- Someone got paid $800 for a focus group about snacks
- Someone got paid $300 reviewing a website for 30 mins
Every payment is PROOF money exists
Every session is EVIDENCE companies are desperate
Every wire is CONFIRMATION you're just not trying
Your grandparents had to WORK for decades
You just have to SHOW UP for 30 minutes
And you still can't do it?
There's a 17-year-old (my little sister)
Making $800/month from surveys
Never had a "real job"
Banking more than most part-time workers
She's not smarter than you
She just APPLIED when I told her to
While you're still "researching if it's legit"
Stop crying about being broke
Stop saying "there's no opportunities"
Stop waiting for the perfect side hustle
There's $842 BILLION in research spending this year
Companies are DESPERATE to pay you
You just need to show up
But you won't
Because you're "too busy" scrolling TikTok
Or "too smart" for "boring" opportunities
Or "too skeptical" to try something new
Meanwhile:
My fraternity brothers: making $1,000-1,600/month
My cousins: making $15-20K/year
My little sister: making $800/month in high school
300+ students: all making money right now
From budgets that are sitting there WAITING
$842 billion waiting
You grabbing $0
Skill issue detected
Poverty selected
Fucking pathetic

Everyone thinks surveys pay $2
That's because you're looking at the wrong fucking surveys
I make $500 for 1 hour
You make $2 for 1 hour
We're not doing the same thing
Consumer surveys on Swagbucks = $2-5 (trash)
UX research studies for Fortune 500s = $150-500 (gold)
Everyone tries consumer surveys, makes $40 in a month, and says "surveys don't work"
You're right
THOSE surveys don't work
The ones I do pay 100x more
Let me show you the difference:
WHAT YOU'RE DOING:
Platform: Swagbucks, Survey Junkie (public)
Pay: $2-5 per survey
Time: 30 mins = $5
Monthly: $40-80 if you grind hard
Annual: $500-1,000
WHAT I'M DOING:
Platform: UserTesting, Respondent, User Interviews (invite-only)
Pay: $150-500 per study
Time: 30 mins = $150-250
Monthly: $1,500-2,000 working 30 mins/day
Annual: $18,000-24,000
You're working HARDER for 50x LESS money
Because you're in the wrong market
At UNC everyone said "surveys don't pay"
Because they tried Swagbucks for a week
Made $12
And quit
I found the platforms that pay $300/hour
Made $1,500/month
They thought I was lying
Until I showed them my PayPal
Then they wanted in
The $2 survey market = public, everyone knows, pays trash
The $500 survey market = private, invite-only, pays premium
You're competing with millions on Swagbucks for $2
I'm competing with hundreds on UserTesting for $300
Which market would you rather be in?
My cousin tried Survey Junkie
Made $35 in a month
Quit
Said "surveys are a scam"
I showed him the platforms I use
He made $1,200 his first month
Now makes $18K/year
Same "surveys"
Different platforms
500x different pay
You're leaving $298 on the table every hour
Because you're doing $2 surveys instead of $300 surveys
The information about high-paying platforms exists
You just don't have access to it
Survey to Riches gives you access to:
Platforms paying $150-500/hour (not $2)
How to get accepted (90% get rejected)
What companies actually want (not what you think)
You can keep doing $2 surveys on Swagbucks
Or you can do $300 surveys on the platforms I use
Your choice
But stop saying "surveys don't pay"
YOU'RE just in the wrong market
