@Cardiffbus Ok, but that still doesn’t explain how according to your tracker that the bus someone how went passed me when it didn’t, this is a single lane roundabout so pretty confident I would have seen it, if the 17’s weren’t actively picking people up they shouldn’t be live on the tracker

@Daelos Good afternoon Dale, we're sorry about this and any inconvenience that has been caused. The 13 service is currently 13 minutes behind schedule. This route has experienced disruption due to a police incident today which would explain its running.

@Cardiffbus what on Earth is going on today? 2 buses have gone passed me at the Resurrection church saying “Set Down Only” go to catch the 13 as it showed it was coming in 10 minutes and didn’t turn up, yet on the tracker it said it went past me?

@DPDgroup_news What’s the point in me sending you a DM? Unless you’re going to contact the driver to turn around and deliver the parcel they’re being paid to deliver there’s not a great deal you can do is there? Thanks all the same

@DPDgroup_news Just had a failed delivery notification stating that your driver couldn’t find my address? I witnessed the van drive straight passed my property, pretty difficult to find an address when you’re not actually looking for it.
