I'm proud of what I have done in the ecommerce space tho. I remember in 2022, it took me 2 years to take a brand from $20k MRR to $50k. I just took a brand from $0 to $ $50k in less than 5 months Also, it took me 8 months to scale a brand to 1 billion naira yearly Revenue. I am super proud. Now let's focus on turning brands to $100m brands using retention systems

@mista_az @nestuge They are already managing communities. A creator has more time than the average worker. Plus they can hire and not necessarily be the ones handling everything. A systemic play here will keep the ship sailing smoothly

Managing a paid community is very different from selling a one-time course. It is a completely different ball game. I have a community on Skool, and to be honest, you really have to be present all the time. One of the main things that keeps a community active is regular engagement like weekly live calls. So it can be a very good model, but you have to manage it properly. If you do not manage it well, there will be a lot of churn. Some members will join the community, watch all the videos, take everything they need in the first month, and then leave because they no longer feel they need it. But TBH, the monthly subscription make sense 😀
