Something random my ed worsening made me realise was just how much clothes weigh.. like whenever I go to a doctor they ignore me when I tell them how much I weigh naked and they just list my weight with all my clothes and shoes on and it's like +2kg than I actually do

Im in the middle of my longest fast ever and I actually feel alright! I usually only fast for 24 hrs but I'm currently 30 hrs into one! I cant wait to see how much I loose
