Friends, you must agree that having only five quick-change equipment for one large vibropress, we get a very convenient production. The technology of manufacturing building materials by vibrocompression has several obvious advantages over other methods. First, the cement-sand mixture is the cheapest and most accessible raw material anywhere in the world, you will hardly find a region of the world where there is no cement and sand.
Second, working with a semi-dry rigid cement-sand mixture, we are freed from complex forms for concrete, we use only molding flat pallets, such production is clean and productive, many European manufacturers of presses have brought the molding cycle of the product to twenty seconds, and so 1000 moldings are collected in eight hours.
And of course, panels produced by the semi-dry pressing method will be record-breakingly cheap with guaranteed accurate dimensions. So far, no one in the world produces such large machines, and we would like to correct this situation. Such production is especially profitable to open in hot countries, where there is a high demand for housing and the products will not require heat treatment in chambers. If you, like us, understand that this is a great idea and a big step towards the development of the construction industry, you are welcome to call, write, fly.

@CuriousNetEng @Alphafox78 @elonmusk Trajectory adjustment requires bulky propulsion systems.
If the goal is commercial space-travel, the rockets need to be a lot cheaper and lighter.

@Alphafox78 @elonmusk @DahirInsaat Telemetry negates the need for fudge factor I suspect, but still interesting.

@DahirInsaat @1337hero @Alphafox78 @elonmusk That's cool good luck with it get with the people @SpaceX if it is better they will go with it. I Love seeing this kind of innovation.

Not only does it have to be reinspected, but both the rocket and platform have to be repaired. This can take months and costs millions. Our system allows takeoff to occur mid-air, we don’t need a launch pad.
Parallel robotics system is incredibly simple compared to the propulsion tech required to land a rocket with perfect accuracy.
English

Nothing reduced to turn around time because no matter what the rocket has to be reinspected and whatever adjustments need to be made This is still a feasible alternative to the chopsticks but the main thing is the chopsticks work It's already designed a lot less moving parts than this would have so it's just pointless and all honestly but it's still fucking amazing that someone thought of it

@Alphafox78 @elonmusk @DahirInsaat I wonder if the benefits outweigh the increase in failure points.. 🤔
English

@FocusProb @Alphafox78 @elonmusk In our case the booster is launched from mid-air, check out the full cycle.

@Alphafox78 @elonmusk @DahirInsaat I think the booster is way to heavy for this. And they want to land directly back on the launch mount to refuel and go again. 🚀
English

@Alphafox78 @elonmusk @DahirInsaat While this would work in theory the problem is your booster is not on your launch tower and now needs unhooked and transported.
This doesn't reduce turn around time.
English

@Td7653 @Alphafox78 @elonmusk Commercial space travel needs to be safe, the mission to Mars needs to be cost-effective.
This system is quite a bit cheaper and many times safer in both take-off and landing
English

@Alphafox78 @elonmusk @DahirInsaat Ok, but why? I mean what SpaceX has is already better and they just proved it works.
English

@Alphafox78 @elonmusk Essentially a very large cable-driven parallel robot, captures the spacecraft mid-air.
This would allow SpaceX to dramatically reduce booster weight, fuel expenditure and manoeuvrability requirements.
English

@SpaceX One of the aspirations of StarbaseSim is to be able to recreate these videos. It should be possible to do most of it already. Just the visuals need some upgrades and of course, getting anywhere close to these clouds and plumes in real time will be very difficult, but we will try.
