@UgochukwuCFR I noticed it even in the photos.
His body language is completely off.

If you’re communication-smart (you understand nonverbal cues very well), you’ll notice something here.

@Babajiide You’re one person I really want to meet in person.

This is the most unnecessary amd stupid hiring & firing in human history. Both should never have happened. You destabilized the trajectory of 2 young promising coaches doing well in your system, because of ego and stupidity.
This is what you should never do as a business leader... understanding the right timing and context to promote and give opportunities to younger team members is very critical.
It has to be done thoughtfully, with a clear plan for transition and support. Otherwise, you risk damaging confidence, derailing careers, and ultimately hurting the business itself.
See the mess Chelsea FC has been thrown into? All the gains of the last 18 months seemed to have been reversed, because of ego and poor judgement by directors.

@Harri_obi This is so true.
I remember in the early 90s, when we were kids when Brigadier Dan. P. Archibong died and was being laid to rest.
Calabar was on a literal standstill.
It’s so sad to see how badly things have deteriorated over the years.
English

If a soldier, talk less of a Brigadier General, pays the ultimate price while defending this country, everything should pause while he’s laid to rest.
The President, VP, Governors, Minister of Defence should be here. Instead they’re at various social functions.
This is not a country.

@DadaBen_ First explain what your understanding of the Tower of Babel is admd why God was displeased with it. That's where you should start. Once you get the actual "sin" of the building of the tower of babel, you'll have your answer
English

@BukkyOA Good a skill as it is, not well-mamanged, it also comes with a sense of paranoia.

Some years ago, I went into the rabbit hole of learning and understanding micro body cues. It changed my career game.
Just observing you for a couple of seconds, I could instantly tell your dominant emotions towards the interaction and mostly towards me.
It felt like I had familiar spirit.
I could tell when you are displeased in split seconds.
That made me sort issues before they arose.
And it made me recognise biases that I took advantage of.
Smiling at me is never how you inherently feel. That’s lesson 101.

@TheCharlesIsidi Hmm!
Wrestling with my assignment for ‘26 today and this couldn’t have come at a better time.

I hope that on the day you go, your heart is assured of your eternal destiny afforded you by the singular act of all history: Christ's death on the cross.
Excerpt from "Leaf by Niggle" - JRR Tolkien.

Your death will come on an ordinary day, in the middle of unfinished plans, and the world will continue on without you.

@TosinBamidele8 @DrJoeAbah Agreed. Graduated on 3.49 from the same Unical due to some unfortunate circumstances.
English

@DrJoeAbah How some people reason on this app amazes me. There are many reasons that can lead to graduating with a 2:2 of which not being brilliant may not even be one of them. It doesn’t necessarily mean you won’t do well in life ooo.
English

I graduated with a 2:2. I celebrated just narrowly escaping a 3rd Class.

Someone graduated with a 2:2 and shared it on X. Do you think a 2:2 is worth celebrating?

@olafavourite1 @EstherUmoh10 Nah! That has to be 'night.'

@BukkyOA Honestly.
I reviewed my career trajectory since 2010 and realized that every job I’ve landed came through the October–November window. Every single one!
That pattern matters. It tells me when I’m best positioned to initiate major projects and make decisive moves.

You must recognise the season of life you are in right now.
If you do not sit with your thoughts and meditate, you may not get the answers that will profoundly impact how you show up.
Some seasons require you to go all in, feet in the ocean and a deep dive into your purpose.
Some seasons require you to build the people around you, build the relationships and build the next generation with all you’ve got.
There are also quiet seasons. Where you talk less, be less involved, but observe as if your whole life depended on it.
There’s also the season of rest, breaks, unwinding and internal reconstruction.
I couldn’t tell you when and how those would happen or look for you, as it differs for each individual.
But with meditation, you will hardly fail at finding out.
