We’ve taken a 90-day dry-aged rib cap and braised beef tendon and given it a familiar yet different approach — PHO BEEF CARPACCIO w/ cilantro, basil, bean sprout, pickled chili and finished with a house-made hot pho demi glacé and topped with crispy rice noodles! See you later!

Cooked with "Poulet en Vessie" in mind, our 𝗧𝗿𝘂𝗳𝗳𝗹𝗲 𝗛𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗲𝘀𝗲 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗰𝗸𝗲𝗻 is the perfect marriage of classic French technique and Asian tradition. Cooked sous vide and served with duck fat rice, scallion ginger sauce and confit garlic sambal. Come get some!!!

Have you had our Torched Digby Scallop? With marinated Ontario asparagus, yuzu buttermilk, wasabi pea and wood sorrel, we are almost scared to tell you this dish will soon be gone! As the fall ideas start to roll in, the summer ones will disappear! Get in on this while it lasts!

"We call him, LePrawn James..." at least that's what our Sous Chef says.. 🤣 This beautiful Grilled Moroccan Scarlet Prawn is bathed in a yuzu bonito hollandaise, topped with a fresh pepper salsa and marigold and presented on a house shrimp toast. Our favorite prawn dish so far!
