@Firstent I've also had a terrible experience this past week trying to correct an erroneous past due status on my Visa card. I've called in over ten times and they still haven't solved the problem.
@MaxiClimber - why won’t you support your products or customers when they’re having difficulty with maintenance on the machine? Why do you refuse to help?
@MaxiClimber - AWFUL CUSTOMER SVC! I ordered a replacement kit for my wheels, but old ones are installed too tight and can’t get them off and now sockets are stripped. They won’t replace the poles even after offering to pay! Can’t use now and they don’t care!
