@Daikin_Aus can you please advise why it takes over 6 months to get parts in to repair my air conditioning. I’ve been waiting since March for a harness to come in to stock in order to repair my system, no heating in winter and now no cooling in summer. Very poor.

@Daikin_Aus None of your local suppliers will give me a price to buy your products. We have our own electrician, wiring has been done and is ready to go. I just want to buy 2 of your 7.1kw split systems. Not sure what sort of business model your local suppliers are using?

. @Daikin_Aus just been told there is no replacement control board available for my 15 year old aircon unit. Would have thought parts would be available still esp given we use it less than 10x per year. What is your policy on availability of parts? What is the age limit?

Never, ever buy a @Daikin_Aus airconditioner. Terrible service. Our split system failed about 3 weeks ago, no repair person came out until today, needs a part, no ETA on the part. Just don't buy their crap.
