@Daily27Info @DavidRen555 This is also why network medicine matters. The key question is not only which region is damaged, but whether the relationship between nodes, signals, and function remains balanced across the whole system. That is where more precise interventions may emerge.

Very interesting shift. Parkinson’s may make more sense when viewed not as an isolated motor defect, but as a circuit-level loss of coordination across movement, cognition, and bodily regulation. When the network architecture becomes disproportionate, symptoms that look scattered may actually reflect one underlying systems problem.
