Daily Kos Management expects the Guild to take the fall, again

Hey @JortsTheCat have you heard about what's going on at Daily Kos? They're offering 4 weeks severance for their union employees, but they're still paying the former president to do nothing at all--and they won't say for how long! Is this normal?

I love your YouTube, @MorePerfectUS. Question: I work at Daily Kos. Is it normal for management to announce layoffs of 40% of union staff without committing to any for themselves? Last year they let go 14 guild workers and only 3 of their own. They might be doing it again.

@DailyKosGuild Did the managers reply to you with that info yet? It's been several days, and they're talking about layoffs very soon. I'm really worried.

The boss said our company needs to focus on what we do best... so we're having more meetings.
