NEWS: The Fruit Ninja x Pac-Man collaboration event has commenced, offering players four special modes and in-game blades based on iconography from the original Pac-Man arcade game.

In 2006, Bandai Namco released QuickSpot, a Nintendo DS brain-training game that was part of the Touch Generations and Unō no Tatsujin brandings. When the game launched internationally in 2007, it featured appearances of Pac-Man and other Namco characters.

In Pac-Man Pinball Advance, the ghosts inform Pac-Man via a letter that they've kidnapped every other resident in Pac-Land. Pinky inscribes her part of the letter's valediction with "XOXO," in reference to her recurring romantic adoration of Pac-Man.

"Pac is Back" is often associated with Pac-Man and the Ghostly Adventures, but it was far from the first time a slogan like it was used to promote a Pac-Man production.

In the original Pac-Man, on rare occasions, it is possible to see the title character pass through a ghost without dying or turning them blue first. This is a bug that happens when both Pac-Man and the ghost switch tiles at the exact same time as they encounter each other.

Released in 1982 by Milton Bradley, Pac-Man: Two Challenging Puzzles is a board game where players make four Pac-Men out of three and vice versa - using only the pieces that they consist of.

Many mobile games throughout the 2000s would often feature a "More Games" tab allowing players to view what other titles are available from their respective companies. Previews such as these below could be seen in several of Bandai Namco's releases at the time.

NEWS: Since it is now May, some promotional events have been announced for Pac-Man's anniversary. Though we don't have imagery just yet, we can expect to see specially themed event challenges come to Fruit Ninja, plus an in-game birthday outfit in Pac-Man World 2: Re-Pac.
