After some conversations with people that are a lot smarter than me, given the current macro outlook for the year, I’m going to look to sell some Jan 2027 covered calls on my 3 core holdings on the next big green day. $RKLB: $120 strike $NBIS: $200 strike $ONDS: $20 strike This will give me a huge amount of premium up front that I can sit on and use to buy the dip if we drop further throughout the year, or hedge if we go higher. If the market rips for months just like last year then I’m more than happy to get my shares called away at these prices, but I can also choose to roll up and out to avoid paying taxes. win win scenario.
