🙋🏻♀️ It started with a simple question: why is negotiating pay still so awkward?
The freelancer doesn't know their market rate. The company doesn't know what's fair. And both lose.
🤔 So I thought... what if each side had an AI agent that negotiates for them?
> The worker's agent: knows your market value, defends your rate, auto-distributes your money into savings and BTC, and rejects unfair offers for you.
> The company's agent: finds talent, negotiates the fair rate, pays instantly with $0.01 fees, and earns a Fair Pay Badge.
