I do feel bad for my student neighbours who are trying to figure out how to get their garbage collected and used a bin like this but garbage was left uncollected. Waste management is tough for students when landlords are poor communicators #Waterloo

Hey #WatReg: please don’t use wheeled garbage carts. We've noticed residents setting out various types of wheeled carts in the last few weeks. These carts won't be collected. #ICYMI: Residents receiving ROW waste services are getting free black & green carts, starting this fall.
