They are sitting in unmarked cars waiting near the parking lot and booting any vehicle that parks in the lot without fully verifying if the person is in fact patronizing the business who's lot it belongs to. I was scammed out of $400 to remove two boots they put on my vehicle.

I parked in a parking lot that does not identify who's parking lot it belongs to. There are several businesses that are next to this parking lot. I was purchasing food from a Pizzeria for Helping the homeless INC. Shelter. and within 10 minutes my vehicle was booted this scammer
