@Daisy_Goddard You‘ve already been to lots of interesting and beautiful places! A suggestion: You haven’t yet been to the North Sea islands (the East Frisian ones) that are special and beautiful (like Baltrum, Langeoog etc). Maybe give it a try?

Preparing for job interviews this week. I think my son has picked up on something. Tonight before bed he came into our home ‘office’, gave me his bunny and said I could take it to work tomorrow to play with. I wonder how that would go down with the panel…

Another day mit dem #DiplomatenKolleg unterwegs! Today @Daisy_Goddard and I are representing the UK as we visit @OPCW, @IntlCrimCourt & @Eurojust. We're with colleagues from Spain, Finland, Ireland, India, Brazil (and many more) all brilliantly organised by @AuswaertigesAmt.

12 years ago today, at my first Oktoberfest. Didn’t book a hotel in time, so had to camp. Oh how I have learned from these poor choices!! 🍺
