I lost my funds through my binance account and @binance @BinanceAfrica don't really to care. I reported the case through in chat app support and was given case ID but I have never received any feedback or update from them. The worst security system and customer care support.

@ourpaydayHQ This is really unprofessional, Im being taken rounds and circles with contact support, each and everytime Im told the issue has been escalated and then communication stops. Its been more than two years.

@PayPal you are really frustrating. I have been calling in your support about my paypal which was limited and its over 210 days yet everytime im told review is not complete yet I uploaded all proof of identity documents and im told i will be called yet no one has called overmonth
