People sleep on multistreaming, including myself. Since my return I've avoided metrics monitoring, but curiosity took over after wrapping up my Fallout 1 series. 92 Viewers between my youtube vertical and horizontal streams. That's not counting twitch, kick, X. Go multistream!

As time goes on I feel like that old guy when I was growing up who refused to listen to new music and only enjoyed music that they listened to during their golden years.... I'm the same with games nowadays. they just don't make them like they used to

MMOs as we knew them are dead. I am committed to single player story driven games with some fun, light multiplayer games mixed in from now on. Enough predatory monetization and business practices. It is high time to explore & enjoy games again... not be employed by them.

December has been a huge struggle for me and the channel with constant storms and power outages, culminating in the destruction of my motherboard during holidays which slows shipping times to Alaska. Its a perfect storm, but I'm not done. No ETA ... but I WILL be back.

When it rains it pours: been out of a PC for a week now. Mobo fried somehow? Lost everything. PC is in the repair shop awaiting new parts. Hopefully it won't be much longer. Will have to recalibrate all settings (obs, sound, camera) once I get it back. Big lessons! Plus side: I got a job working at the gym I go to.

@CohhCarnage Dude when it rains it pours. Yesterday I was doing updates and my entire PC bricked and likely wiped all my drives. I'm going to have to take it in to the repair shop tomorrow and really hope I can get my data back. All obs and audio settings gone! Why is windows 11 so bad?!

It's fine to want to make people aware of 'industry standards' but please stop calling out creators/telling them they're part of the problem for accepting the Twitch 'low ball' campaign offers. If they're happy / that amount is worth it to them then it's none of your business. If you're not happy with it, that's fine, don't accept! Over the years I've done campaigns on an hourly rate anywhere between $1750 - $0... it all depends on circumstances, resources and honest, genuine conversations.. not 'flat/standard rates' I just completed a Twitch campaign for $60 (max offer: $90). Well below standard? Yes... but I still got $60 to stream and chat about a game I already had my eye on with 'minimum effort deliverables'. I'm happy with that and appreciate it. Some people would loose their mind to be able to game for $60ph. If an offer isn't for you, move on. But don't attack others who value it.

Hey all! Short: I'll be back on Monday. Sorry for all the time off this week. 🙏 Long: The good news is Laina and two of the kids made it to vacation! The bad news is I'm still sick, Kai is sick (and was not able to go as w3ll) and now I'm solo parenting him at home while the rest of the family is away 🫠 Food poisoning, Flu... and now this, all in a week. What an experience. Anyway, can't wait to be back to streaming. Losing my mind over here! See you guys soon.

I never played Archeage and always wanted to experience all the things chat would tell me about it. That's why I'm glad @AshesofCreation is being made. I'm told that it is almost exactly like Archeage and could possibly end up being better. I'm completely consumed by this MMO!

Discomfort is where all the change happens.

Sometimes life just keeps throwing you curveballs when you are trying to get ahead. Last weekend we had a massive storm and lost power for 4 days in -20 weather and we are having another storm (no power again) on top of an earthquake advisory. The channel has already been struggling to make headway and it's just really hard to stay motivated, you know? But this is just a test and I am resolved to pass it with flying colors. When life keeps you down, allow spite to become your rocket fuel.
