@rachaelbereba Thank you for sharing!!! I was on a glp1 for the first 70lbs. I train constantly and am very meticulous about my meal plans. I track everything 🫠 it’s been fast but it’s also been excruciatingly slow at times hahaha. All part of the process.

@HotBoy_Troy Protein heavy meals. No wasted calories. I work on the go so a lot of grilled chicken, ground beef/turkey. Sweet potato. Veggies. Pineapple or mango when I want sweets.

@coolcoastin I use @loseit to track EVERYTHING. My first 70lbs were lost with the help of a glp1. Get him in a routine. Use food as fuel not a reward. Results are slow. Trust the process.
