After a few years of work, we have identified the first non RAS/MAPK pathway gene which is under 'selfish selection' in the male germline. With implications for those with @MyhreSyndrome, our seminal work is published in @AJHGNews

Our latest paper is out! [link: mdpi.com/2073-4409/13/9…] We've made an integrated single-cell atlas of human spermatogonial differentiation [link: trainingidn.shinyapps.io/hu_spermatogon…] using every publicly-available healthy adult human testis sample to date (Fig 1B). A thread (1/7).
