@Genguju for vague spoilers in COI the "ethical" way this is done is by taking a potion when a certain deity dies from the advancer's cause (and consequently causes a continental disaster while dying as its symbolic of their pathway) ...... it makes more sense in the actual book LMAO

@Genguju lots of the rituals are either harmless or can be done in an Evil way (easiest) or just in an ethical way (a little harder, but its what franca does) for example seq 4 requires you to kill 30,000 people with a plague and seq 2 requires you to cause a continental disaster
