This is becoming too frequent and heartbreaking. Reports say over 50 civilians were killed and many more injured when a Nigerian Air Force jet mistakenly bombed a busy market at the Borno–Yobe border (Dilli Market area). Families who went to buy and sell food lost their lives in what the military calls "an accidental strike" while targeting terrorists. How many more innocent Nigerians must die before our military improves intelligence and precision in operations? The same people they are supposed to protect are the ones paying the heaviest price. May Allah grant mercy to the souls of those killed and comfort their families. Ameen. This insecurity and repeated mistakes must stop.
