With Glencorse Centre, Penicuik, we're starting weekly health walks for carers. The first is Tue 22 Oct, 10:30am-12pm, from and back to the Glencorse Centre. It's a 30-45 minute walk suitable for most ability levels, followed by tea and cake. Contact VOCAL Midlothian to register!

We are running new mindfulness practice sessions at our Midlothian Carer Centre. The next one is on Wednesday 21 August, 6:30pm to 7:30pm. The sessions are informal, drop-in opportunities to meet with others and practice mindfulness together. Book here: ow.ly/RZX650SOXOx
