@MediaMarkt_es hello I’ve been waiting 3 weeks for my refund on a cancelled order (that I waited 3 weeks for and wasn’t delivered). Can’t get through to customer services as I got cut off. Can you please advise when I’ll receive the refund? Customer service is terrible

Is this why we can’t get through to customer service @tapairportugal? We’ve spent 4 hours this morning ‘on hold’ with the call centre and keep getting cut off. We, a family with 4 children, are desperately missing information to be able to get home after you cancelled our flight
