I want people to read this very carefully and look at payroll… And then look at the current decline of YouTube animation channels as a niche… YouTube animation is not sustainable anymore for an adult as a content creator… (without AI) going forward. It’s great for a 5 year run for a college kid or high school kid if they can blow up. But hiring freelancers for a $3-$6 RPM at a cost of $50-$500 per minute of animation is not sustainable if you can’t get 10M views per month and then it still means 80% or more of your income would got to payroll and taxes. Solo animated content won’t be able to compete with established channels or AI channels. You don’t have to like it, but it is the harsh truth and reality of the economics of YouTube. The ONLY way for YouTube animation to survive is AI going forward. That’s the ugly truth.

I started working on my old idea here, to make a character in the style of 101 ds out of Dialin. Here's a test version. In the second picture, this is how it looks in the game, but I'll be testing facial expressions and face so that the vibe is like Dialin's.
