As we navigate #WFH, sending dozens of emails a day, people of all job functions need support using #consciouslanguage. Any fellow editors/advocates know of resources/trainings that could help those outside of writing & editing enhance their conscious language skills?

@akdobbin I moved into such a role last year and have been developing a guide at the publisher I work for as well! I also post weekly resources that are available to the whole company. But I feel I am struggling to reach some of my coworkers who are in less language-focused roles...

@DalyMinutiae a lot of work, and/or would cost $$ if you hired someone to do it. But the advantage of creating your own guide, of course, is that you’d be able to tailor it to the specific types of communication issues you’ve been seeing, and make it applicable to people’s roles.
