@goodnesskayode I think the pricing model is usually an acquisition game. You get them in and ensure your product is sticky enough to keep them when price fluctuates.

My theory is that customers are not necessarily loyal as if your pricing goes higher they will move to the more affordable option at that point. Your true customer is the ones that are not price sensitive or the product is worth paying any amount for.

I actually don’t like products that there is a long roadmap before you can convince customers to switch and that is because I try to avoid pricing strategy as a form of capturing the market but it is what it is.
