I didn't start building systems because I love tech. I started because every system I tried forgot I existed the moment I stopped showing up.

I don't feel like im progressing fast enough. Not because I'm not doing enough. I ship something every single day. But because i want it now and that's all.

I was the router between 10 bots. Every question, every check, every follow-up went through my head first. So I built a system that routes itself. Now I just get told what matters.

@DamianBuilds Because movement gives your mind proof you’re back in control, not just waiting for the feeling to pass.

Catastrophizing isn't a personality flaw. It's a survival brain that hasn't been told the war is over.

@netcapgirl i built my whole life around this idea. bots that push to me instead of me pulling from a screen. it's already happening and it's only getting better

claude cowork is making me think maybe we’ll look back and it’ll be obvious that humans were never meant to spend their lives working behind a screen. we’ll see it as inevitable that computers do everything for us on computers and the future of work is cooler than we can imagine

@AlexHormozi some of my best work happened on days i felt like absolute shit. feelings aren't instructions, they're your directions.

@mrcornwell Don't take directions from people who've never been where you're going. you'll just end up where they gave up. if they haven't built what you're building, their approval was never going to help you anyway

Asking for approval doesn't reduce risk it actually introduces it. When you seek approval from leaders who lack the relevant knowledge or experience for the decision at hand, you're risking that the "right" call won't be made. If getting that approval is outside your control, set your leaders up for success: give them the clear data, context, and rationale that makes saying "yes" straightforward and low-risk for them. Remember: their signature isn't just a formality. It's them accepting accountability and backing the decision which is essentially a contract. Treat it with the seriousness it deserves.

Silent money leaks: • Food delivery • Unused subscriptions • Impulse shopping • Late fees • High-interest debt • Brand obsession • Daily “small” treats • Upgrading too often • Not negotiating bills • Ignoring budgets

@dailystoic some of the biggest "no"s aren't to tasks or distractions. they're to people. and those ones don't get easier, you just get clearer on why

Say "No." A lot. The more you say no to the things that don’t matter, the more you can say yes to the things that do. As Marcus Aurelius wrote, “If you seek tranquillity, do less...Do what’s essential...Which brings a double satisfaction: to do less, better.”

Underrated life hack: Momentum isn’t the same thing as leverage. Posting daily can feel productive. But unless it’s tied to clear brand positioning and systems… you’re just keeping momentum alive.

New in Claude Code: auto mode. Instead of approving every file write and bash command, or skipping permissions entirely, auto mode lets Claude make permission decisions on your behalf. Safeguards check each action before it runs.

How I migrated a server three times: First time — did everything myself. Days. Second time — AI helped with parts. Hours. Third time — told AI what I needed. Done. The trigger wasn't efficiency. I just couldn't be bothered.

Using AI feels like cheating. Not because it is. Because someone taught you work must involve suffering to count. That's their rule. Not yours.
