I can make an entire thread of the little homie Nasir’s transgressions.
But everyone chooses to overlook everything Nas does because he doesn’t matter in that way, and he also made “Illmatic” and because of it he can do no wrong in people’s eyes.
That said, here’s Kelis in her OWN words (not some baseless rumor) directly accusing Nas of domestic violence.
Going as far as saying that when the pictures of Rihanna went viral after the Chris Brown incident, she (Kelis) had just went through a similar incident with Nas.
She blamed it on Nas having a drinking problem and being jealous of things like Kelis being cordial and saying hello to Jay-Z at music industry events.
It’s worth noting that while they were married, Jay-Z had already signed Nas to Def Jam.
