Every AI avatar looks convincing… Until you actually start talking to it. CARA-4 was the first one that made me stop thinking about the avatar and just continue the conversation.
Ben Carr@benatanam

We’re launching cara-4, @Anam__ai new flagship real-time avatar model. Avatars can now adapt their emotion and expressions throughout the conversation, while builders stay in control of how they perform.

As someone who follows how creators use new tools, I found the creator angle behind @PixVerse_ more interesting than the usual AI video demo. PixVerse Live Party brings together Reina, an AI fan host, football cheering, live style interaction, and shareable AI generated moments. It is still early, but I can imagine creators using setups like this to build around a character, a theme, and a moment their audience can join. I saw that creator angle more clearly in the demo: aisecret.co/PixVerseLive aisecret.co/PixVerseLive I do not see it as a finished platform. I see it as an early test of whether AI video can give creators more ways to invite people into the content itself.

Most AI gives you drafts. myclaw.ai gives you deliverables. You don’t ask it questions. You give it goals. Then you come back to finished work waiting where you already work. That’s the difference 👇

Most people upload a file and hope AI “figures it out.” It won’t … unless you build a system around it. NotebookLM uses Gemini’s large context window. It turns scattered files into a connected, cited research brain. Here’s the workflow power users follow: [ 🔖 bookmark this post for later ] ✨ Gemini Flash • Core engine powering NotebookLM. • Fast, accurate synthesis across large sets of sources. Sample prompt: “Highlight the main key insights across these docs.” ✨ Gemini Pro (Plus Tier) • Used for deeper reasoning and context handling. • Best for complex briefs and enterprise workflows. Sample prompt: “Draft a polished briefing using these internal docs, with cited evidence.” 1️⃣ Add Sources • Import PDFs, Docs, transcripts, and webpages. • Structure, tables, and images stay intact. 2️⃣ Source-Based Chat • Respond only using your uploaded content. • Ideal for reviews, validation, and checks. 3️⃣ Structured Study Guides • Generates summaries, timelines, and briefs. • Helpful for organizing large material sets. 4️⃣ Visual Topic Mapping • Creates visuals to show relationships between topics. • Useful for comparing topics or themes. 5️⃣ Audio Overview • Converts notebooks into spoken recaps. • Great for reviewing long content on the go. 6️⃣ Video Summaries • Creates short narrated videos with slides. • Perfect for updates or training. 7️⃣ Deep Research • Find credible references for your topic. • Expands research with relevant material. 8️⃣ Structured Data Tables • Extracts key data points into organized, sortable rows. • Turns messy, unstructured info into clean, exportable data. 9️⃣ Collaborative Notebooks • Share notebooks with teams or clients. • Structure and citations stay intact. Copy-Paste These Power Prompts: ► Summarize Content “Create a 500-word thematic summary with citations.” ► Compare Sources “Show key points across these documents and note conflicts.” ► Identify Decisions “List main decisions and attach each one to its source.” ► Generate a Brief “Assemble a brief that organizes the material into: Background → Core Points → Recommendations.” ► Create Script for Audio/Video “Write a two-host script and test weak claims.” Workflows You Can Build: Research Review: ➟ Add papers into a notebook ➟ Produce a briefing from all sources ➟ Use chat for targeted questions ➟ Create audio for on-the-go review Shared Knowledge Base: ➟ Add all project documents ➟ Build an onboarding study guide ➟ Share the notebook with your team ➟ Auto-update when new files are added Content Analysis & Creation: ➟ Add competitor material ➟ Generate a comparison summary ➟ Build a mind map of themes ➟ Export slides for presentations Build the system once and turn raw files into insights fast. Save this guide and test it on your next deep-work task. 📌 Learn 30 free AI tools in 30 days: bit.ly/48woPL4 👉 Follow me @AndrewBolis for more and 🔄 Repost this to help others use AI

The “ask AI” era is ending. The next step is: Assign work. Close the tab. Get results back later. That’s the shift MyClaw is betting on. And honestly, it feels inevitable.

@Rixhabh__ The idea that "LLMs are not continual learners" is a much bigger claim than most people realize.

The next generation of AI won’t be defined by what models already know. It’ll be defined by how well they learn after deployment. That’s the problem Morpheus tackles. Skyfall AI tested frontier models including GPT-5.5 and Gemini 3.1 Pro and found that strong benchmark scores don’t always translate into real continual learning. Morpheus gives researchers a way to evaluate adaptation in realistic, evolving environments instead of static benchmarks. The environments are now open source for the research community.
Skyfall AI@skyfallai

Today we present Morpheus, a persistent enterprise simulation platform designed to make Continual Learning a reality. Morpheus is the world’s first real world Reinforcement Learning environment. Every Reinforcement Learning environment operates in the game world. Benchmarks like Atari, OpenAI Gym, MuJoCo, and Procgen are all small, game-like worlds that reset every few minutes. But the real world never resets. A business keeps running and evolving everyday. We tested how frontier LLMs would perform in realistic and dynamic business environments 🧬on Morpheus. The main conclusion was that LLMs are not continual learners. 🧵Here’s how we did it and what we learned:

We’ve spent years measuring what AI models know. Morpheus measures whether they are actually continual learners. They tested frontier models such as Gemini 3.1 Pro and GPT-5.5 and the findings revealed something that the industry has largely ignored. Skyfall AI’s benchmark is a step toward evaluating continual learning the way it happens in the real world. Morpheus environments are now open-sourced for the research community. Learn more about what they discovered about LLMs in their research blog. Link in comments.
