@TheCoachRaj Firstly 8+8 = 16. Leaves 8 hours. I work 9 hours a day. 3 hours is spent travelling to and from work leaves me 4 hours. At least 2 hours to cook, eat and clean up dinner. I’m also a mum!! So time absolutely IS the issue!!!

Sleep for 8 hours Work for 8 hours That’s only 14 hours out of 24. You still have 10 hours to cook amazing meals, workout, learn a language and walk on the beach. Time is not the issue.
