Brown brown brown. There’s little colour here which makes for a dull Instagram pic, but who gives a damn. Creamed roast Cornish Red chicken soup with pearl barley & chives. Bags of flavour. The perfect cure for this weather.

Working on a new (vegan!) dessert. Coconut & pistachio meringue with a smoked coconut mousse inside. Who knew chickpea slime could be so useful 🤔
