How to still lane swap in season 16 And the best part is the enemy CANT COUNTER IT - Sorry to all top laners that have to deal with this every new patch Adc swaps to top in champ select Top swaps to adc Send both bot laners top from the start of the game Lane swap detection was removed in season 16 because of quests you dont even get punished for having 2 top from the start of the game. Even if they were to add back lane swap detection till 4 minutes you could swap first back. Turret resistances were also removed from solo lanes this season as they didnt expect people to be swapping with role quests This has no counter if done properly as enemy bot lane is forced to stay bot because of their quest. So you can use it to your advantage and pick a top laner that can 1v2 or if your adc has a really bad lane can swap and get top plates for free. Support gets quest quickly even without being bot lane since the requirement is so low, and extra wards arent too necessary early in the game just pinks. Even if the enemy tries to match the swap and send their bot top they will massively reduce the timer on their lane quest so if you just go even you will be very ahead by 12-14 minutes when quest completes I recommend if you want to abuse this to duo with a top laner so they are in the loop, if you do this in solo queue it will be really hard to convince your top laner as they need to play something like sion/ksante etc, but can still be done if you communicate it to your team
