The first time I did the lottery, I was in highschool. I had turned 18 a few weeks beforehand and every single one of the photos of me in a bikini that went viral on the internet in the aftermath were taken when I was 15 or 16 years old. Of course I have aged - I was a child.
I find it so strange that women are asked to delay womanhood as long as possible in favor of some kind of eternal girlhood. I don’t want to be a girl, I don’t aspire to look like a teenager. I am very happy to be a woman. If your beauty standard for me is to look like a child that’s your problem but not mine. This is not the insult that you think it is. ❤️

@ASFleischman it's one thing to die for something you believe to be true, even if it isnt, and another thing entirely to die for something you believe to be false. they could see Jesus die. if they didn't see Jesus resurrected, why would they themselves make up a lie to be persecuted for it?

He was then executed by the Roman empire, and for whatever reason 10 of his closest disciples went to death over the idea that He rose again. genuinely why did they do that, why would they make something like that up when they could've just told "the truth" and have been spared torture and death so easily?

BREAKING: FedEx driver who pleaded guilty to kidnapping and murdering 7-year-old Athena Strand, has been sentenced to death. Tanner Horner snatched Athena while he was delivering a Barbie doll to her home in Paradise, Texas. At one point during the trial, jurors broke down in tears while hearing audio of Horner killing Athena after he told her to take off her shirt and said she was "really pretty." Athena repeatedly asked for her mother before she was killed. "Horner is then heard asking Athena to remove her shirt, and there are several moments when she says "no" and asks for her mom. That was followed by repeated sounds of crying, screaming and banging," NBC reported last month. Following three hours of deliberation today, Horner was sentenced to death by lethal injection.
