Wonder if the Storch group will try to negotiate with Dejphon Chansiri a buy-off of his debt? The most obvious (only?) way of avoiding -15 next season. And squaring off for all involved. Just a thought on a complex situation. #SWFC

@AlanBiggs1 The only option is Chansiri waives the debt. Right now he is getting £2.15m. If he waives £55m of his debt, he still gets £2.15m at 25p in the £. He has the power to stop it.

In the similar case of Derby County, their owner was owed £100m in loans but wrote them off to enable the club to have a fresh start. We are being threatened with punishment under the Insolvency Policy solely because Dejphon Chansiri won’t do similar

Sheffield Wednesday supporters have endured one of the worst ownership periods in modern EFL history. An owner deemed fit and proper by the EFL presided over the club’s decline for years. Supporters have already paid the price. #SWFC

Let’s all remember that around 75% of money owed is to Dejphon Chansiri. So the @efl position is to reward the person that their regulations failed to ban in time and punish the victims of his crimes #swfc
