@THEChrisKessell we're just bad now. Our pipeline is a failure. Canada is ahead right now. The culture is rotted to the core. At all levels it's money focused. EVERY level should be willing to operate at break even or at a loss.

@HealthcareREguy I usually stay in my room and enjoy the view. But I go for work. Last time, I went off the strip and it was strip mall heaven, but at least didn't feel plastic.

I don't understand the appeal of Las Vegas. I go 2-3 times per year for conferences and never leave feeling better than when I came. The air is dry, the streets are dirty, the food is overpriced, and most people you come across seem generally unhappy. What am I missing?

@AngrySoccerGuy We play pickup with Brazilians. Even the most run of the Brazilian guy has a familiarity with the ball that most other cultures do not have.

I’ve been in Brazil for almost 2-weeks. I have watched a few training sessions and multiple kids playing in the street or beach. Not one single cone. Not one single cone drill. Why?

@sweatystartup We artificially keep our doctors low because the number of spots they can do their residency is limited.

@sweatystartup This already happens. They already have medical schools in these countries. Many of these doctors go to rural areas where there is a shortage of doctors. As with any profession you get excellent ones and bad ones regardless of nations of origin.

We don’t have enough doctors. It’s because life as a doctor sucks. The solution: Open 20 medical schools in cities with the highest average IQ. India, China, Philippines, Sri Lanka, etc. Make the curriculum brutally hard. Let anyone who graduates get free US citizenship if they practice for 10 years in the states. Done.

@_ToddBeane And we think handing a good portion of American youth to be coached by the English is an idea that shouldn’t be examined.

Why are there so few English coaches in the EPL? Because the 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 former players and coaches have not grown up with nor believe profoundly in the type of football that is winning today in the EPL. Not in their DNA. Not yet at least. Am I wrong? #TOVO

@jc_playmakerWNY I have since I lived in CA and the Bay Area. But not everybody has. I didn’t vote for anyone in primaries.

That Kamala commercial got me thinking… How many of you have actually voted for Kamala before? Not including as Biden’s VP. Primary? Senate? How many of you voted for her to be the Dem nominee in 2024?

@MCameron008 Many think something is creative when, it’s merely a skill many players can’t perform. Ozil, Zidane, Maradona, Ronaldinho, and many others were great at this. They are solving problems with tools not available to others.

@MCameron008 It’s a great investment in time to sit with subs and show them how to watch a game. Talk through what you are seeing. Take note of repeated behaviors by players to exploit when you go in.

there really is value in being a substitute - not all coaches that say this to their players/families are saying it to reduce disappointment subs: watch the game, pay attention, analyze, talk to teammates about the play, and be ready to go in

@AllOverTheMapYT @Softtop_67 When you drive 4h for a league match, it’s hard to play simple 8y push passes for the meager number of touches you’ll get.

@DanPoche @Softtop_67 Probably the only time they get that tbh. Otherwise, these girls and their families never watch any games, study it, and when the chips are on the line - got to impress. Too much individual emphasis in American sports and combine that with little IQ.. good luck

Watched the 2nd half of a mid level d1 game this afternoon and I felt so bad about myself. As someone who is a youth coach the level on display is a direct result of how poor a job we do 3 pass sequences of 5 in the entire 2nd half Forcing the ball into pressure, thoughtless play

Also EPL refs, like Michael Oliver, get imported to the UAE to ref matches. UEFA refs move around the continent to do CL matches. There is precedent. This is a joke.

Worthless English refs. EPL has owners, front office, players, managers from all over the world and we have to settle for these same mediocre officials.

@Don_K_Williams You see programs folding permanently over this? Or schools suddenly not able to field a team for the season? Or big swings in team quality?

Not to mention watching all these 2025 D1 girls lose their roster spots as coaches pull commitments is crazy I’ve never seen a string of them like I’m seeing now If I’m a 2026, I’ve got to know with near 💯 certainly that I’m a top 12-15 player immediately Committing & being #25 is too dangerously close to being #29 & being dropped A 2026 has to go a whole year+ & pray that coach cannot find a better player than them anywhere in the world
Don Williams@Don_K_Williams

Is anyone else noticing the 2026 female D1 soccer ⚽️ commitments? Yes, it’s exciting to see! On the other hand… With all the NCAA lawsuit mess Up in the air & still to be determined: Opt in Opt out NIL Roster Caps Money situations changing 2026 D1 commits are taking themselves off the market at the prime of their youth recruiting time What happens now if after the rules pass, coaches have to cut down to 28 when the average is about 32? Complicated Interesting times ahead for players & their families Need help? Just ask @SRUSA_Official
