City are leading 2:0 against Aston Villa at halftime, Arsenal are trailing 1:0 away at Crystal Palace. Aston Villa, fighting for a UCL place, score in the 67th minute to make it 2:1, at the same time Arsenal get a penalty, Saka takes responsibility but slips before miskicking it. 78th minute Aston Villa equalise and a penalty is awarded against Arsenal. Crystal Palace make it 2:0 ManCity score a third goal but is ruled out for a tight offside. The Arsenal game ends 2:1 to Palace, meaning that City need only a goal to win the league. In the last minute of added time, Halaand beats the offside trap, runs at the keeper, the ball is going in but Emiliano Martinez trailing leg sends the ball wide. Match ends 2:2, Arsenal win the league by one point..and this photo of Pep Guardiola becomes iconic. Pep leaves the premier league and despite all his achievements, this photo becomes the most impactful memory of what the Premier League can do to a man😂
