@RobTebbutt Itauma in 3 rounds. Franklin isn’t in the same shape or will have the same hunger when he fought Joshua & Whyte. Itauma is young, & spiteful, he’ll wipe him out early with speed & variety.

One final thought. And listen, I appreciate all the replies. Helps me gauge online fan opinion. If the "Eddie out" crew get their wish. Do you think he'd struggle to find another job? Or quickly pop up at one of our rivals? He's the best English manager by a mile.

I was 50/50 on the Caldwell appointment - he was perfect, just gets it. The difference in this side in a space of 4 weeks is remarkable. Energy, intensity, organisation & quality. 14 points from 8 matches is a great return, well on the way to safety. #wafc

@CentralWigan Weir, Aimson, Murray (defensively), Rafael. Don’t think Smith will be a starter under Caldwell, doesn’t have the legs for it. Think Adeeko will be a big player next season.

Cal Mac has been an excellent servant to this club on-and-off the pitch, but the fact he’s starting games at wing-back aged 34 is an indictment of how shocking our recruitment has been for a long time. Robinson starting games at this level is absolutely criminal, too. #wafc
