Operating from a place of 'not enough' leads to compromises. Operating from a place of 'more than enough' lets you stand firm in your value. Learn to say no to unworthy endeavors. Btw I dont get offended when people mention my age. Side story, I was giving an intro to myself at a panel in early 2020. I said something along the lines of “I’m Quinn, a 20 year old photographer &….” Long story short, after a friend pulled me aside and said “stop introducing yourself as your age. It’s irrelevant. That’s not who YOU are.” Stuck with me

People should not decode your homepage. They should get it. Rewrite your hero headline as Outcome + Audience + Constraint. Example: 'Book more calls for agencies without cold DMs'.

Web Vitals matter. Every 1-second delay in load time = 7% drop in conversions. If your site takes 3 seconds to load, you just lost 20% of your revenue. How to strip down your site for speed: 1. Compress images. 2. Remove unused JS. 3. Pointless rendering. Speed is a feature.

I got Comet for iOS, but I miss one thing For a long time, I’ve used Arc Search, and there was a feature which opened the search bar as soon as you launched an app. tbh, this is one thing I miss to fully switch speed > everything else @perplexity_ai @AravSrinivas @comet

If the homepage creates doubt, the scroll dies. Add a proof point near the hero CTA. Example: rating, number, testimonial, or logo.

A homepage is not there to look nice. It is there to orient. The first screen should answer three things: what it is, who it helps, and why it matters. Use a 5-second test. Can someone say what you do, who it helps, and the result? If not, rewrite. That is orientation.

Your FAQ section is not an afterthought. It is your last line of defense against objections. Standard FAQ: "How do I log in?" Killer FAQ: "Is my data safe?" "What if I don't like it?"
