@CinTyLeeEarth I begin to see some grant proposals pretty wordy but not with much substances in them. Feel like a 5 page proposal inflated to 15 pages with a lot of unnecessary words and phrases.

I was letting students in my classes use Chat GPT or other AI software to help with grammar, but I now realize that was a mistake. AI-aided writing turns out to be awful, generating nonsensical sentences or plagiarism. One can identify AI-aided writing because it writes with adverbs and adjectives rather than with verbs, subjects and objects. Every AI-aided essay reads like a cheap romance novel. This is how the world will end!
