@EricSwallowswel @DanTalks1 China is the largest trading partner of every single GCC country. Why would any of those countries trust us over China now? It's clear we can't protect them. That was the entire point of the petrodollar. They sell oil in dollars and we protect them with our military.

This is a very important post. This is a virtue signal post, but it reveals what liberals actually believe. "All human lives are equal — and we should oppose all hatred and violence wherever it appears. That’s how we build a safe & peaceful society for all." This is what I mean when I say, they universalize the tribe to the world. They see everyone as equal, and any negative outcome to any individual is bad. They seek to minimize harm, and see everyone the same. They think someone who is British is identical to someone from Ethiopia, someone who is Japanese the same as someone from the Congo. They have universalized human tribalism to everyone, and desire to enforce this. That is what is the purpose of this logic is. In their world, this requires a belief of infinite resources, to have more than another is to exploit the other as everyone is the same. So any individual or group who has more than the average, requires forced restitution to the other. It's a rejection of base nature and natural law. That humans are concentrically tribal. They desire their ideology to take precedent over reality, and will destroy society to achieve this goal. This is the ideological driving force behind liberalism, why they force mass migration. They see it as revenge for immorality in their world view. In effect, this causes people to hate themselves, their nation and their tribe for the benefit of others. This is an ideological war.

The stabbing of two Jewish men is horrifying. So too is the attack on a Muslim man the same day, ignored by much of our media. All human lives are equal — and we should oppose all hatred and violence wherever it appears. That’s how we build a safe & peaceful society for all.

@DanTalks1 I'm unclear on whether this means he's dropping the blockade. He says this is for neutral countries that aren't involved, but then he also makes it sound like this is something he and the Iranians agreed to bilaterally.

This is a very difficult persuasion bind to break. It frames the US as a peaceful humanitarian and if Iran blocks it the aggressor. It forces Iranian fractured leadership to decide if they want to restart the war or not under negative regional optics. Humanitarian freedom of navigation ops have always been a great tool. It is a very good persuasion frame, its also a chip to play with all those countries vessels that require this who are actually suffering (as he described). Its as much playing with their internal politics as it is reframing the global optics of the war. Also an interesting way to restart the war. A test to the current Iranian leadership as to who is in charge. Always making the opponent make tough decisions.

Anyone who fell for this story is a literal retard. But what seriously surprised me about this story is how many men have femdom humiliation fetishes and desire this. Spiritually broken and weak men. They want this to happen to them, desire to be abused and submissive.

@BobMurphyEcon You see tribalism and tribal functions as a net negative, because you desire to dissolve the tribe to the individual. So any positive function through force, by definition you'll dismiss it's value. So you make mistakes.

@BobMurphyEcon The biggest problem libertarians have is they see the state as fundamentally immoral, and they then mistake immorality with functional negative value. So because of this logical mistake, you (and those who subscribe to it) are not able to correctly map the world.

This is the third worlding of Christianity and the church. We have never hated our women like they do in the third world. This fundamentally misunderstands the church's role at a first principles level. Above all else, the primary function of the church is to protect the institution of marriage which protects women from men leaving them after/during pregnancy and childbirth to raise children. The purpose of marriage contracts with the church is to enforce this, as this is a womans base nature primary fear. The govt(marxists) took this over and guaranteed protection through divorce and welfare, which is what has kneecapped the church with many. But this understanding is an inversion of how the world actually is, distortion rather than base nature reality. It has forever been that the church makes men strong, and female submission is evoked through the men being strong. That the women are apart and protect the church, because the church protects them from a male base nature desire. They submit to the men if the men submit to the church. The church placated and made men into weak simps, and now, the final stage of third worlding of the church is to do what Islam does and try and force submission from women. This never works, never has and never will. Because women desire to respect strength, forcing them to submit by definition is weakness. What sets the west apart is our desire to have voluntary interactions, that people choose to do something because its their best option to do so. We dont want forced marriages, we want marriage by desire. They make the strongest bonds. Dans law is that "Women of a society will always be a reflection of the men", not the other way around. You are weak, and women don't respect weakness.
Dale Partridge@dalepartridge

How did the church become so weak? Answer: Pastors learned that it was easier to get men to act like women than to get women to submit. As a result, courage and boldness were criticized, and gentleness and love were applauded. Pastors were cowards who were terrified of women.

This is a massive deal. One of the main funders of these orgs are corporates who get extorted, or have lunatics who got to exec positions that funnel huge $ of corporate money to these institutions. Cutting it off from this side is very important.

I was listening to a Chinese discussion about their export manufacturing and they said something very interesting. That their real vulnerability that they are worried about is Amazon, google and other distribution aggregators keeping them at high ranks on their search algorithms. They said this was their biggest threat still with no solution. That 70%~ of manufactured goods on US aggregation sites are made in China or how they are now calling it "under Chinese control" (meaning the factory may be in south America but owned by China), and that the industrial base was hollowed out, but they say their main vulnerability is their reliance on US distribution channels for visibility. That the reshoring of the US manufacturing is taking longer than the Admin is saying and China still has major leverage over many different sectors in manufacturing regarding US consumer and industrial bottlenecks (true). Trump/congress and the admin should order/force the major hubs to prioritize US made products or downrank them, if alternatives exist to Chinese made. Even if its their own products white labelled from China. They can switch if forced.
