Done some deep neck flexor strengthening with my pt and now their swallow is improving... Are there any more specific exercises I can give them to target swallow? Referrals to SLT are lost in Covid 😕 #SLT #SALT

Twitter friends, has anyone used a chiropractor? Would you recommend or do you think it’s a gimmick? I’ve had my first special offer treatment & apparently need 18 more and I’m not sure whether to go ahead or see my GP instead. Lower back, hip and neck pain 🤷🏼‍♂️ help!!

@RichardCarson21 Yes you will be fine, but when you start to sing again build up slowly like you would do with any exercise , start easy, give yourself time to recover, warm up and cool down properly then progress sensibly
