This is a staged video posted by James Blair, director of the Trump campaign and the RNC, to make it appear there is voter suppression in Pennsylvania. These are actors (no badges, wrong uniforms), not Bucks County Emergency Services. Real officers on the right.

@metrolosangeles I waited for an hour and then left. NoHo, trying to travel to Pasadena. Ultimately, I cancelled my plans for the day as it would have been too late to leave any later.
