When a mom comes up to you and says she’s waiting for her daughter to be dancer of the month....you telling me that is REAL good way for your daughter to NOT get dancer of the month 💁🏾‍♀️

I’d like things that are more for tumbling/acro because that’s where they need the most work but seem very unmotivated to improve sometimes

I need some help! What are so good initiatives you guys know of or use for dancers? For example I’m making a “Banana Splits” board to motivate my kids to get all of their splits but I need other ideas too

Anyone have any super helpful tips on teaching preschoolers!? Keeping them engaged a whole 45 min class is DIFFICULT
