Calling out @airfrance for their lack of communication. Traveled to Frankfurt from SFO - bags did not make it. You said you would deliver our bags to our hotel. It’s been 48hrs & I’m told you have to confirm bags have arrived in Frankfurt. Nothing!

@airfrance It’s a 15min drive from Frankfurt airport to our hotel. Not only do I want our bags but to also know how @airfrance is going to compensate us for the inconvenience and the medical strain on a disabled individual
