It’s just a block of tofu that’s precut that still needs to be drained and dried before cooking and comes with a seasoning packet.
So just like, normal tofu but with the easiest step removed.
I should have read the back of the box before buying.

Impulse bought “ready to bake” tofu at Meijer thinking it was like, super firm, not not needed to be drained, maybe the tofu itself is made with seasonings inside it or something. Nope!
