I help agency owners save 10+ hours a week by automating repetitive admin — lead follow-ups, quote reminders, invoice chasing, and more.

Automation doesn’t replace people. It replaces repetition. The best employees shouldn’t be buried in admin or mindless jobs. They should be building, creating, and selling. When systems handle the grunt work, humans handle the high-value work. That’s the point.

I’ve seen simple automations recover thousands in unpaid invoices or save whole days of admin work every month. It’s not about “cool tech.” It’s about time and cash coming back into your business. If a process happens more than twice a week, you shouldn’t be doing it manually.

A student of mine just landed a copywriting client doing $80k/month. On a 15% email rev share deal. The crazy part? This client hasn’t sent a single email yet. My eyes widened when he told me how much revenue they’re doing without email. “Dude. YOU’RE going to make thousands in the first month.” He asked why. “The average business makes an extra 20% revenue when they introduce email. And Black Friday is right around the corner.” So he set up some automations, pop up signup forms, and broadcast emails. Slowly warming up the list. Within the first 2 weeks of a basic email set up, he’s already generating $1/subscriber. On a list of 10,000 subscribers. And Black Friday is right around the corner. He’s on pace to make at least $3,000-$$7,000 in his first 45 days with this client. And it isn’t because he’s an A-list copywriter. You see, most copywriters are caught up chasing broke prospects who have no ability to pay big. And they think they need 6-12 months of training to be “good enough” to get results. But this couldn’t be further from the truth. J’s a decent copywriter, but that’s not why he’s about to replace his 9 to 5 income by Dec 1. It’s because he put himself in front of prospects with MONEY. And he proved he’s trustworthy and will get them results. They already built a rocket ship that can fly. All he had to do was bring some fuel to help them fly faster and further. It’s the same reason I was able to go from zero to $9,000/month in my first 12 months as a copywriter (and $10-$15k months since). When you focus on building the skill of targeting rich business owners… And you get your copy skills to be good enough… Only then will you be able to create a money printer for yourself. Step 1: Learn copy, specialize into one type, and find your niche to outreach to. Step 2: Look for the right signs prospects are making $50,000+ per month in revenue. Step 3: Warm them up on socials and then drop a free audit and copy sample proving you know what you’re doing. Step 4: Get paid and then do whatever you want in life.

Here’s a common setup I see: - Client fills a form - Someone updates CRM - Email sent manually - Task added to ClickUp - Status updated... Here's how I do it: Client submits form → everything updates itself in under 10 seconds. Automation is how small teams scale.

Most agency owners waste hours chasing invoices. I built a simple bot that sends polite reminders and follow-ups for 30 days. And it's instantly clear how much time and stress it saves. If you’re running an agency, imagine never sending another “just following up” email again.

If you’re still manually updating your CRM, it's costing you £200/month to click buttons. Every “copy, paste, update” task is time that could’ve gone into prospecting or fulfilment. Automation doesn’t replace people — it removes friction.

I tried building a machine to turn someone’s posts into a message worth sending So I ran an experiment: → Scrape someone’s profile → Analyse their last 5 posts → Generate a message that feels worth sending Would you trust automation for something this personal?

It’s our 10 year anniversary. So I’m taking my wife on a one-month Italy adventure. And yes, our kids are tagging along. Only possible because I decided to take a chance on copywriting a few years ago.

2024 was wild: • Left 9-5 • Got engaged • Turned 30 • Worked with over 2 dozen salespeople/entrepreneurs 1:1 • Worked with multiple small-medium sized businesses Learned a ton - still learning. Huge plans for 2025, a lot of hard work to come. Can’t wait.

It’s insane. So many small businesses get stuck on the hamster wheel. Running all day but not actually making meaningful moves. The secret to breaking free is building a sustainable foundation for growth. Here’s how I help my clients achieve just that (thread):

Good morning everyone! Every ending is a disguised beginning. Placing a final point is about accepting that one chapter closes to make space for new adventures. Whether it’s a success or a lesson, every period prepares us for what’s next. Have a great day!
