@jtscssw And imagine if City BOUGHT and KEPT units! They could rent at lower rate making competition. Owning units, especially small units that secure housing. Cycle unhoused thru. Housing matters first. Getting older units before destroyed/upgraded for Boutique Development.

The flow has turned back onshore. Monsoonal moisture and the thunderstorm threat over the mountains and desert have dropped. No big heat spell is on the horizon. Most of the valleys should be under 90 today. #sandiegoweather #CAwx
