My reaction to @lequipe's report on Michael Olise : 1️⃣ First : how credible is the report ? L'Équipe is a very reliable source when it comes to the French clubs, but much less so when reporting on foreign clubs. However, the fact that they're claiming Olise spoke about it with his France teammates makes me think the information is true, as L'Équipe is very well connected within the French national team. 2️⃣ Second : what if Olise really wants to leave ? In my opinion, you can't keep a player who no longer wants to be at the club. If Michael Olise genuinely wants to leave Bayern, then we should let him go. That said, Bayern should only consider it for a huge fee — somewhere between €275m and €300m, in my opinion. 3️⃣ Third : who could replace him ? No one would truly replace Michael Olise. One option would be to sign a player like Maghnes Akliouche or Rayan to compete with Lennart Karl and hope he develops into one of the best wingers in the world. Otherwise, Bayern would need to sign a world-class winger, but very few are actually available. The only realistic options, in my opinion, would be Bradley Barcola (however, he's right-footed and has a completely different profile), Morgan Rogers, perhaps Cole Palmer, whose style is more similar to Olise's, and Arda Güler. Whatever happens, we shouldn't forget that Dayot Upamecano tried to convince him to stay. A true Bavarian. Unlike a certain other Frenchman... ❤️🤍
